Marco Hoffman became enthusiast in Intellectual Property matters in 1991 after his first state examination. When he became an attorney at law in 1994, he expanded this specialization. Since 1998, he has been a partner at FRITZ.  His principal focus is on the protection of trademarks and designs. Marco Hoffman is admitted to all district courts, regional courts and appellate courts in Germany. He is on the executive committee of the arbitration center at the Chamber of Commerce of Arnsberg In his private life, the married father of two children enjoys travel, music, literature and art.
